Can it tell my barbers apart?

Yes. It asks which barber the customer prefers and adds it to the appointment. Availability is checked on your shop's calendar.

Do I have to change my phone number?

In most cases you can keep it through call forwarding or configuration. We'll confirm the best option during setup.

Can it answer in English and Spanish?

Yes, it can be configured in both languages.

What if a customer wants to talk to me directly?

Call transfers aren't available yet. The assistant answers questions, books appointments, and can share your hours so the customer knows when to reach you.
